Grilled Asian Chicken

This is dish is great with some roasted redskin potatoes or rice. Leftovers are great for slicing thin and making sandwiches.


  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tp Minced garlic
  • Fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • 5 chicken breasts

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients first except for the chicken.
  2. Add salt and pepper to the marinade just for taste.
  3. Once you feel the marinade is good to your taste, you may then add the chicken and then refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. You may now choose to grill the chicken like I would personally recommend or you may pan sear the chicken and finish it off in the oven.
