Our extensive Appetizer menu offers a variety of options, all gourmet and scrumptious to suit any event or occasion.  Our ingredients are the freshest and many feature seasonal varieties that vary depending on the time of year.

 An array of domestic cheeses served with an assortment of rustic butter crackers.

SAVORY CHICKEN WINGS

 Juicy, crisp and tender chicken wings lightly breaded and tossed in your choice of a classic tangy BBQ sauce or a daring in house Buffalo sauce and served with a selection of cool ranch or creamy goodness of bleu cheese.

Lightly breaded and fried to a golden brown perfection, crisp and juicy chicken tenders served with a choice of sweet honey mustard or cool ranch dressing.

 SWEET POTATO CHIPS

A healthier choice of potato chips made in house and fried to a sweet crispness and tossed with sea salt.

An authentic salsa full of fresh and vibrant Latin flavors served with warm, crisp corn tortilla chips drizzled with fresh squeezed lime.

An appetizing assortment of some of the freshest local grown fruits beautifully arranged pleasing the eye and the pallet.

GRILLED CHICKEN OR BEEF KABOBS

A choice of tender chicken or beef cubes marinated in authentic Mediterranean herbs and spices and skewered with an assortment of peppers, onions and grape tomatoes, grilled to perfection.

ITALIAN STUFFED MUSHROOMS

Oven baked delicate bite sized mushrooms stuffed with a flavorful creamy mixture of cream cheese and fine Italian seasonings topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and drizzled with extra virgin oil.

TWICE BAKED LOADED POTATOES

Oven crisp potato skins stuffed with a colorful mixture of red skin mashed potatoes, smoked bacon, sharp cheddar cheese and a few of our secret seasonings.

ONE OF A KIND RED WINE MEATBALLS

Our award winning recipe contains a bold yet slightly sweet red wine locally produced and a blended mixture of meats and fresh herbs and aged seasonings specifically created to tantalize the taste buds.

SMOKED GOUDA MAC AND CHEESE BITES

Slow cooked smoked Gouda cheese and white wine married with macaroni noodles and topped with a fine breading mixture of Italian seasonings and lightly baked into bite size portions.

SMOKED SPICY BBQ SAUSAGE BITES

Cades cove sausage, a locally produced spicy sausage slow cooked in a sweet yet tangy BBQ sauce.

CREAMY SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

A blend of artichokes, cream cheese, and baby spinach delicately slow cooked and served alongside with warm Greek pitta wedges.

SHRIMP COCKTAIL

Classically cooked jumbo shrimp served with an in house tantalizing cocktail sauce.

MASH POTATO BAR

A build your own station, also a well known crown pleaser and an event favorite. Guests can create their own custom mash potato toppings which are crispy smoked bacon bits, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, chopped chives, soft whipped butter and sour cream.

FRESH VEGETABLE DISPLAY

A healthier option of a nicely cut variety of fresh seasonal vegetables served with creamy ranch dip.

HONEY GLAZED HAM AND SWISS CROISSANTS

Thin sliced slow cooked ham served with sliced Swiss cheese in a soft buttery and flaky croissant.

ROASTED TURKEY AND SWISS CROISSANTS

Thin sliced oven roasted turkey breasts served with sliced Swiss cheese in a soft buttery and flaky croissant.

CRANBERRY CHICKEN SALAD CROISSANTS

Slow cooked chicken tossed in all the goodness of cranberries served in a soft buttery and flaky croissant.

OYSTERS ROCKEFELLER

An internationally well known dish that’s skillfully blends flavors of fresh fennel garlic and spinach.

ASSORTED COLD CUT PINWHEELS

An assortment of thin sliced deli meats along with pimento cheese and shredded lettuce wrapped into a flour tortilla and sliced into pinwheels.

ROAST BEEF AND AMERICAN CROISSANTS

Slow cooked tender prime roast beef shaved and topped with sliced American cheese into a flaky buttery croissant.

TUNA CUTLETS

A traditional Asian favorite made with tuna, seasoned mash potato, a unique blend of Asian spices and fine diced sweet peppers all pitied , breaded and lightly pan seared to golden brown.

BAKED BERRIED BRIE

A delicate and soft French cheese topped with a fresh berry compote and wrapped and baked into a flaky filo pastry.

A DEPOSIT OF $200 IS DUE 10 DAYS FROM PROPOSAL DATE TO LOCK IN YOUR DATE. YOUR GUARANTEED ATTENDANCE NUMBER AND BALANCE IS DUE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE. CANCELLATION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR EVENT WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF YOUR DEPOSIT.
